My name is Blake Hockley - I’m a budding filmmaker, commentator, and general smartarse who thinks he’s rather amusing. I hail from this little place called New Zealand, which in reality is a land where it’s either hot or cold, but usually both. Being the tender age of 16, I’m still at school, but I’ve got a clear idea of where I’m going - to run my own production company specialising in online distribution. As a result I started Ludicrous Hypocrisy Productions in August 2008. I’ve run my own YouTube page since January 2007.From an early age I’ve been interested in computers - the first computer I used was an Apple PowerBook 145, and since then I’ve owned a Compaq Workstation, a Dell minitower, a PC Company minitower and an IBM T43 laptop. In 2006, having had more than enough of Microsoft and their bullying antics, I made the switch to Mac - buying a 20” Intel iMac. It’s still my full time machine, with a 2GB RAM upgrade keeping it nice and speedy. Be warned - I speak very highly of Apple product. My other Mac is a white MacBook, which I use for school stuff. My video editing software I use is Apple’s Final Cut Express, and my camera is a Canon HF10 AVCHD camera.
